The home is positioned in the sought-after 'old' precinct of Barwon Heads and is very central to Barwon Heads' many attractions. For example, you are 500m to the centre of the village, 550m to the river, 650m to 54 acres of recreational parkland, 900m to the Barwon Heads Golf Club and a little over one km to the surf beach. You are close to all the action but far enough from the high street to enjoy peace and quiet.

After a hard day at the beach, the large front deck beckons as a place to while away the late afternoon as the cooling sea breeze filters through the trees.
